Shipping from Canada
We ship out your paintings within 2 business days after we receive your payment. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. All paintings are packaged extremely carefully, fully protected in custom boxes.
Shipping within Canada via Canada Post - Expedited Parcel. Delivery time: from 2-7 business days.
Shipping to United States via Canada Post to the Canadian Borders, then via USPS - Expedited Parcel. Delivery time: from 4-7 business days.
We know shipping is pricey, but we do our best to make it reasonable. We can do a combined shipping offer if you order more than one item which will greatly reduce the shipping cost.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact us immediately.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund or exchange is acceptable within 3 days of receiving your item.
- In case of a refund - paintings must be packaged in the same way it was received.
Once we receive the painting we will process the refund in the same method of payment for the painting's value only.
